West balkony with balcony furniture and a great vista of the mountain range. Completely equipped kitchen with coffee machine and dish washer, cooking-stove with baking, microwave. Sleeping room with double bed and access to the south balcony. Bathroom with tub, WC, bidet und washing basin. Hallway.
2nd floor: Access over a private staircase from the hallway. Separate Sleeping room with double bed, built-in closets and access to the south balcony with wonderful mountain vista. Large bathroom with sunk oval tub, shower, WC, bidet, as well as washing machine and tumble drier. Heating ist on throughout the year.
Parking in the basement garage. Ask if pets can be brought.

Infants free until the age of 3 years.
